Aluminum hot dross machine design features:

1. Aluminum hot dross machine will match with dross cooling machine,dross milling and screening machine, together used for aluminum hot dross treatment.
2. Aluminum hot dross machine is used for separating aluminum liquid with other material, through deslag flux.
3. Hot dross cooling machine is used for cooling remaining hot dross which comes from hot dross machine,cooling type is water cooling.
4. After cooling, the dross will be milled, big dross will become smaller through milling ball.
5. Screening machine will separate the remaining dross into big size, middle size and small size, which will go to next step treatment, sell it or melt in melting furnace again.
6. The dust collector machine is necessary for keeping clean workshop.
