1, what is your metal ? is it aluminum? first confirm this metal can be painted powder , then can do wood grain effect sublimation 

2,your metal is profile shape or sheet shape?

if profile shape, then use single suction type table to make wood grain effect;

if sheet shape, choose silicon membrane type table to get wood grain pattern.

3, which heating fuel should use?

it depend on client's factory situation, if natural gas is cheap price, and already have natural gas pipe inside of workshop, then choose natural gas, otherwise can choose electricty, LPG or diesel oil for heating if cheaper price.

all of these heating fuel are good working in wood grain sublimation machine.

4,how to choose side loading and back loading design for aluminum wood grain machine?

normally , if length available, suggest back loading, save heating energy.

if length of workshop is not enough, then consider side loading.

5,what is the difference for raw material of wood grain paper and wood grain film?

both of them have same function for wood grain effect

wood grain paper have to use together with plastic bag , which play a part in sealing and protection effect.

wood grain film need use ultrasonic film welding machine for sealing wood grain film as film bag. also can improve the efficiency of production.

6,what is the difference between glue type and heat transfer type wood grain effect?

glue type wood grain pattern is not natural, and not clear enough

heat transfer type wood grain is natural and clear , like real wood grain .

the complicated shape of aluminum or other metal have to choose glue type wood grain.
