Aluminium dross milling and screening machine main features:
1. Milling agent is iron ball.
2. Screening net ,separate dross from big, middle and small.
3. Length for milling machine and screening machine are customized, design on basis of dross capacity.
4. Equip with hot dross machine and dross cooling machine, work together.
5. One set of aluminium dross milling and screening machine could be matched with two sets of hot dross machine.
1. Aluminium dross milling and screening machine is used for milling big aluminium dross through iron ball, then separate the dross to big ,middle and small size, further used in recycle, selling or melting funcion.
2. Aluminium hot dross machine separate aluminum liquid with other materials through deslag flux, which could let aluminium dross temperature goes up fast , aluminium will become liquid, later will be collected by pot, hot dross machine recycle rate could be more higher than 85%
3. After hot dross machine, still remain some aluminium inside of dross, need to treatment again for further recyle , then cooling the dross by water ,After cooling, cold dross go to milling and screening machine.
