Multiple hot log shear billet heating furnace is auxiliary equipment for aluminum profile extrusion plant, which supply heated and length sized extrusion billet to aluminum press machine, working speed match with aluminum profile extrusion press.

6. explosion proof mouth on top, maintain mouth on top and side of furnace, at the side of furnace, three pieces of monitor mouth, good for checking condition of inside furnace.
7. automatic billet convey device for sending short billet to extrusion press.
8. shear billet smoothly ,less deformation, high precision in shearing size.
9. last remaing billet length could connect with next billet head, together go to extrusion press.
