Hot Saw With Aluminum Chips Collector Is Successfully Used Together With Billet Heating Furnace
Aluminum billet heating furnace could be matched with horizontal hot shear, vertical hot shear and horizontal hot saw, the situation for hot saw :
1. the billet need to peel off the skin.
2. more smooth surface after cutting.
The disadvantage of hot saw :
1. cause aluminum chips during sawing procedure, so need special aluminum chips collector together working with hot saw and billet heating furnace.
2. after sawing aluminum billet, will use special short billet conveying device to transfer the short billet into extrusion press machine.
3. the billet heating furnace is gas type fast heating, single billet heating during production ,multiple heating burner will heat aluminum billet directly, heating time totally only need 25~35min, it improve the production yield, fuel could be LPG or Natural gas.
4. billet heating furnace with hot saw has been successfully used in China, and export to Indonesia, Saudi Arabia,Egypt etc.
